If you had triplets right now, but included ONE boy and TWO girls, what would you name them. I am thinking at this moment:Christian James, Betty Jean and Caroline Ann

vote up1
What about Clara Eleanor?
vote up1
Leo Thomas *swoons*. Also I think Charlotte Maria would be pretty.

Just the usual. Yesterday I finalized a second girl's name, but for middle name consistency, I'll have to change it a bit. :(B: Charles Llewellyn
G: Margaret Evelyn
G: Alexandra Frances

Same old setOliver James
Eliana Madeleine
Maeve Elizabethand just to change things a little bitEvelyn Georgia
Amalia Josephine
Thomas Dominic
Lea
vote up1
Oliver James is lovely and I think Georgia Evelyn might sound better.
vote up1
I love Maeve Elizabeth.
vote up1
Right now they'd be:Leo Frederick, Saskia June and Zinnia Lucy.(And ooooh, Betty Jean!)
vote up1
Leo Frederick is handsome.
vote up1
I like Leo and June.
vote up1
Alexander Joseph (mn after family)
Larisa Angela (mn after family)
Maria Katherine (both names after family)
vote up1
Alexander Joseph is nice.
vote up1
I love Alexander Joseph, Katherine and Larisa.
vote up1
I think Joseph Alexander would be handsome too. Angelica Larissa would be gorgeous. Also Maria Katherine is nice, but I think Marie Katherine is nice too.
vote up1
As of right now: Jasper Seth, Eden Lilia and Phoebe Sky
vote up1
I love Jasper Seth, Eden and Phoebe Sky (spelt Skye). :D
vote up1
For some reason Jasper makes me think of a pet dog or cat or something and Eden just sounds so trendy and Phoebe sounds really odd to me.

Fable is interesting...I have never seen that used as a name. I adore Annora Maud and I suspect Fable could grow on me. I think I am going play around with that name over the next few days....
The flow of Wynn Alexander Clint is off to me. I have similar problems with finding a three name combo for Finn- because Finn is so abrupt, it is hard to get a nice flow but I really don't think Clint on the end works well with it.Beatrix Domino Luella is very quirky and spunky. I quite like it!
vote up1
Thanks!
I admit I kind of "stole" Fable from a blogger I read from. She has a (ADORABLE!!!) baby named Fable Luella, google that name, she'll come up (the blog is called Girl Gone Child) if you saw that cute little thing, the name would really grow on ya!I'm rather proud of Annora Maud, I thought of the combo on a whim, and it makes me really happy.Wynn Alexander Clint is one name that has to stay where it is, as all names have signifigance. Wynn is highly significant to me, Alexander is my husband's family's tradition (every male has Alexander as a middle), and Clint is the name of my beloved late older brother who passed away 4 years ago...so I've made peace with the fact that it doesn't flow the best.Beatrix Domino Luella makes me very happy!
vote up1
Luella Beatrix would have been beautiful too.
vote up1
I like Luella Beatrix! thx!Oh, and as always I LOVE Betty Jean! (Caroline Ann is pretty special too!)

Ur Welcome and thanx for the comment about Betty Jean.
vote up1
I like Alexander and Beatrix.
vote up1
The usual ;-)Evening Susanna, Apollonia Ruby, and... Algernon Oscar, I should think. Or maybe Ulysses Morgan. Or Oscar Valentine :P

This message was edited 2/16/2009, 9:22 PM

vote up1
Apollonia Ruby is cute. I think Id go with Oscar Valentine. I love that. It sounds like a handsome movie star!
vote up1
Thank you :-)I like Oscar Valentine the best out of the group, too, but I think Ulysses Morgan works better with the other two names. Since they're triplets I guess I would go with Ulysses Morgan.
vote up1
Too bad. lol.
vote up1
I can't think of any new combos right now, and I'm still pretty much loving the ones I already have-DD- Blanchefleur Silvia "Blanche"
DD- Rosamund Phoebe "Rosa"
DS- Julien Astrophel "Jules"or if I was being more daring-DD- Amaryllis Aurelia "Mary"
DD- Melusine Juliet "Lucy" (can't think of anything besides Mel and Lucy to shorten it to)
DS- Endymion Howell "Dimi"
vote up1
Thats what I want you to do, give me combos that you would use right now, thus your ones you already have, lol. Rosamund Phoebe is nice, though I think Phoebe Rosalie would have been nice too.
vote up1
I love Phoebe.
vote up1
I'm not very good at making "matching" combos, so I'll just give you the first names:Jordan-I think this sounds better for a girl, and I recently fell in love with it. I also love that it was used in "The Great Gatsby."Alina-I think its pretty, and it sounds a lot like my surname. I picture a beautiful little girl when I hear it.Adrian-currently my favorite boys' name. I just love it; its pretty, but still masculine. I like that.
vote up1
Alina is gorgeous! It's not used nearly enough.
vote up1
I love Jordan on a girl.
vote up1
Right, Jordan Baker with the leaf-coloured hair! That association does make Jordan so classy. I adore jazzy 1920's names.
vote up1
Isaac James and Elizabeth Anna are classic and always great to see.
vote up1
Lovely combos. I think mine would have been Isaiah James, Theodora Kathleen and Elizabeth Anne.
vote up1
Theodora Catherine is lovely, and though Elizabeth Anna is classic it is still quite nice.
vote up1
Using some of my more established favorites:
Athena Zoe, Daphne Cordelia, Panos Dimitri "Pan"Today's whim:
Hector Solanio, Regina Iris, Tullia Victorine
OR
Honora April, Robin Emeric, Zelda Rosine
vote up1
I love Daphne Cordelia! Honora, Iris, and Dimitri are really nice as well. From your sig I adore Fiona Guinevere, which is stunning.
vote up1
I like the established faves more.
vote up1
Wow! Henry, Beatrice, and Josephine are my top three favorite names right now too!
vote up1
vote up1
Henry Francis Falsone = love

This message was edited 2/16/2009, 8:48 PM

vote up1
I love Josephine but the combo sounds weird to me. What about Anna Josephine. I also like Henry Francis without the Falsone.
vote up1
Amelia Josephine is beautiful. I love Eleanor and Henry too.
vote up1
I think Eleanor Louise is better.
vote up1
Jack Henry!! I can hear the girls swooning already! ;)
vote up1
I am in love with Jack Henry. They make a very nice sibset
vote up1
Josepha Maria, Antonia Makepeace and Bertrand March.Maybe. Or the usual, Vera Fleurentine Agnes, Frederick Augustus Keir and Constance AlbertaVera, Fritz, and Nancy.
vote up1
I'm for the second one. Although... m...I really love Josepha and love to see that someone else likes it. Also, I love Antonia very much and would like to see it on a little girl. But Maria, Makepeace and Bertrand March make me shiver ;).I'm not fond of Vera and Constance, but the second sibset is a bit more... "complete-sounding". I like Agnes, Augustus, Keir and Alberta as mns as they are so very nicely old-fashioned and classic. Frederick not one of my favs, but definitely nice as a fn nowadays.
And about the nicknames: I think Fritz is too much for a little, cute boy. I think it becomes quite cool when he comes of age and when he's an adult, but I think it's simply "too much" for a baby boy. Fred would do, I think. Also, I hate the name and nickname Nancy. It's so tacky, imo. Oh, and about Fleurentine, I think it's a "fault", if you understand what I mean. It looks so invented, trying to make a "kreatyve" blend of Fleur and Florentine - which is so not necessary. Both Fleur and Florentine are darling names, so I'd choose one of them or else Flora which I love. Fleurette is also an old-fashioned, but nice and *known* variant of Fleur. If I could change your combos a bit, I would name your tripletsFrederick Augustus Keir
Josepha Agnes Alberta
Antonia Constance Fleur.
vote up1
I definitely prefer the second set. I think Alberta Constance would have been lovely also.
vote up1
Josepha and Antonia make a lovely sibset. While I like Bertrand, I am not sure it goes well with the other two names. March is also a very nice name.
vote up1
I like Vera.
vote up1
vote up1
Isabella Jane is gorgeous. I love Katherine as well.
vote up1
I think Isabella Jean would have been prettier.
vote up1
I like this combos. Besides Aurelius, they seem like timeless names
vote up1
Katherine Louise and Isabella Jane sound really good together.
vote up1
I wouldn't change combos just because I have twins/triplets. So my top combos right now are:Emeric Sven; Theodora Louise; Liese Gabrielle
vote up1
Theodora Louise is beautiful.
vote up1
Yeah same here, otherwise you're naming them just because it sounds cute. I'm a twin myself and have heard some scary stuff on other twins/triplets.
I like Liese Gabrielle~
vote up1
Theodora Louise is lovely
vote up1
Xanthe, August & AdelaideXanthe Liora Delphine
August Malachi H______ (family surname)
Adelaide Lucy AvivaNot 100% on Xanthe's middle names, but right now thats what I'd pick.
vote up1
Xanthe Liora Delphine is awesome! I adore Adelaide, Lucy and Aviva as well (though I'm not sure I like the repeated As in the combo).
vote up1
I was *just* going to suggest Liora Delphine as Xanthe's mns! Lovely.
vote up1
I really like Xanthe.
vote up1
Oh no! What happened to Lyric Evangeline?
vote up1
I honestly don't knowBut for some reason its just not appealing to me as much anymore. Its bugging me. Sometimes it sounds perfect, other times really OTT. So I'm not sure.
vote up1
I know what you mean. I love the name Josiah but lately it hasnt had the spunkyness that it use to give me.
vote up1
As of this particular moment...Frances Emmeline
Harriet Cecily
Arthur Leopold
vote up1
I love it. So classy.
vote up1
Usually I don't like Frances but Frances Emmeline is so pretty~ I love it, it's beautiful ^_^
vote up1
Oh I love Frances Emmeline. Perfect combo. Harriet Cecily and Arthur Leopold are nice too- although Leopold is nms, it sounds good with Arthur.Frances, Harriet & Arthur sound great for triplets. Nice picks.
vote up1
Harriet Cecily! Dreamy!Good god, it's beautiful! I give it a 10!Arthur Leopold is swell.
vote up1
I love all your combos but I personally would change them slightly to Emma Frances and Leo Arthur
vote up1
I love them all. They're very charming.
vote up1
Right at this minute:Francis Avram, Elsa Jane and Luella Robin
vote up1
I LOVE Luella, and Luella Robin is so cute!I really love Elsa Jane too, adorable!
vote up1
I like Elsa Jane
vote up1
Elsa Jane is lovely.
vote up1
Luella Robin is darling. Hope u get to use it.
vote up1
Oooh, Leah Rosemary and Alexander Gregory are wonderful. Leah Rosemary is especially sweet and classy.
vote up1
Though they aren't my style, your names are nice. I particularly like Evelyn and Leah.
vote up1
I agree with ILJ, Evelyn Lois is refreshing. Quite pretty. I like the juxtaposition of lovely, elegant Evelyn and straight, no-nonsense Lois.Lean Rosemary is sweet, although neither name is my style. Alexander Gregory is very solid. Very manly. Very dripping-with-sex-appeal :p
vote up1
Evelyn Lois is so refreshing to see.
vote up1
I like Evelyn and Alexander.
vote up1
Lydia Rosemary
Beatrix Lenore
Arthur Duncan
vote up1
Beatrix Lenore is awesome! (It's one of my Beatrix combos, except I don't use it very often because Lenore is too close to Elinor, another one of my top girl names.)
vote up1
Lydia Rosemary is perfect!
vote up1
Arthur Duncan is handsome! Lydia Rosemary is very pretty too.
vote up1
Lovely Combos! Lydia Rosemary is just gorgeous!
vote up1
I really like Beatrix Lenore. Well done.
vote up1
I like Beatrix.
vote up1
Lovely combos, especially Arthur Duncan. So handsome!
vote up1
Viktor Emil, Aliz Veronika, and Judith Parisa. [edited]Sorry ILJ! Took the others out, decided to play nice. They were all mostly repeats of combos I've posted once or twice before, anyway. Sorry for any confusion.

This message was edited 2/16/2009, 7:51 PM

vote up1
Oooh, Judith Parisa is fantastic. I don't normally care for Parisa, but you just might have converted me!
vote up1
Ooooh Judith Parisa. How... warm! Which is a good thing, by the way ;P I love it!
vote up1
Well I didnt want this to turn into an or.... I just wanted to know right now what you would do.
vote up1
The first one would be my top choice. The others were more a... spewing of combos off the top of my head I felt I needed to get out in the moment. If you want I can take them out no problemo. Didn't mean to disregard the rules of your game :)
vote up1
Well Im sorry. I just wanted ONE sibset from you just to see what you were sort of feeling at the moment. One would be nicer if you dont mind.
vote up1
I guess I'm just really indecisive.I wouldn't know which of the many sets I listed in the OP to choose from, I was just trying to get them out to see which I liked best. I find I can't think properly in an "if I had X amount of kids this second I'd definitely want them to be called..." headspace, because I don't want kids. *shrugs* Anywhoo, took the other ones out. Won't do it again.

vote up1
Yea. lol. I understand.
vote up1
BTW, Christian James is really growing on me! Quite endearing.f
vote up1
Well thanx. Glad you like the name.
vote up1
Wrenna Windflower?! Wow, that is so beautiful! And I'm glad to see that someone else out there has a crush on Juniper! :)
vote up1
What I would use IRL:
Owen Kelly
Eleanor Natalia
Matilda KateIf I had to choose something else:
Benjamin Ross
Cecilia Maeve
Katharine Natalia
vote up1
Eleanor Natalia, Matilda Kate, Benjamin Ross, Maeve, and Katharine are all fantastic.
vote up1
Points for Kate!I really like that in the mn spot, lately. Boo to anyone who thinks you shouldn't use diminutives as full names. If you're never going to use the full form, why on earth put it on the birth certificate?I see you've also got Katharine Natalia on your alternate list. May I ask if she will sometimes be Katharine and sometimes be Kate? Or always be Kate/Katharine?/doruk moment
vote up1
If I did end up using Katharine, she might go by Kate, Katharine, or both. I really can't say for sure, but I do know I would NEVER call her Katy / Katie. It's just one of those things that you intend to call the child by a certain nickname but it morphs into something different. My mom never thought about calling my brother DSeay (Daniel Seay) but it just sort of happened. And I love Kate as a nickname and full name. It's one of the few nicknames I think can pull it off in the full name slot.
vote up1
I like Matilda and Maeve.
vote up1
I love your first sibset. Owen Kelly sounds a gorgeous football player stud and Eleanor Natalia sounds a very intellectual female and Matilda Kate sounds so soft and sweet.
vote up1
I'm not normally fond of Samantha, but Eleanor Samantha is gorgeous!
vote up1
I like Constance Isolde and Tristan Emile. Very nice. I also like Eleanor and Samantha on their own but I don't think they go well together really.
vote up1
Tristan Emile... *drools*Gorgeous, gorgeous.
vote up1
I love Constance Isolde, it's very elegant and pretty
vote up1
Nice combos although I think mine may have been Constance Isabelle, Eleanor Sophia and Tristan Elliott.

This message was edited 2/16/2009, 7:39 PM

vote up1
It is so nice to see Constance used. I love Constance. I'm not so big on Cote though. I also love Eleanor but Eleanor deserves a mn a bit more special than Samantha IMO
vote up1
Nice names. Tristan is so nice on a boy. :)
vote up1
I love Rose, Camille and Leo. Jasper Leo is a very nice combo.
vote up1
Jasper Leo is an amazing combo! I also love Willow, and I think Willow Camille flows wonderfully. Not a fan of Esme or Rose but they're okay.
vote up1
Neat. I like all 3. Willow has really been growing on me lately. Ella has a Willow in her yr 1 class, so i think thats definitely helped.
vote up1
Hayley has a Willow in her kinder class too. I heard the teacher call her name the other day and fell in love with it even more. :P
vote up1
Willow Camille makes my heart smile :)
vote up1
!!!!OMG these are all AMAZING!! Jasper Leo, be still my heart!
vote up1
So if you have a boy in August will you be naming him Jasper? If a girl will she be a Willow? Also I see sometimes you have Willow Jane, then Willow Jade, now Willow Camille. I pefer Willow Camille.
vote up1
Well, I'm hoping to use one of those names I am still trying to convince Grant (though I jokingly said I am going to name him/her one of those names weather he likes it or not ;P) I am not 100% sure which middle names I'm going to use though, Grant chose Hayley and Skye's middle names so it might be the same with this baby. Though I am hoping he uses on on my list. :)
vote up1
Like I said I think Willow Camille is pretty and Jasper Leo, although not my taste is nice. I think Jason Leo is very handsome as well. It reminds me of like a hot soap opera actor
vote up1
All three combos are stunning. I especially love Jasper Leo- it is so classy and absolutely swoonworthy
vote up1
Jasper is adorable. Esme Rose is very pretty. :)
vote up1
Leah Jade is gorgeous!
vote up1
LOVE Leah! :)
vote up1
Penelope Diana is stunning.
vote up1
Agreed, so amazing! I adore Diana!:)
vote up1
I prefer Diane, but Diana goes best with this plus Diana is kinda cute.
vote up1
Thanks both. It's in honor of my mother and what I actually plan on using when I do have a daughter. :)
vote up1
Is your mothers name Diana or Penelope?
vote up1
Diana, which is where my MN comes from.
vote up1
Meredith Isobel Iris is lovely! I also love Ellen Joy and Peter.
vote up1
Thank you! I am so glad I have finally got a Meredith combo that I am really happy with and that I am getting some wonderful feedback about :-)
vote up1
I love Meredith Isobel Iris. Ruby is nice too. :)
vote up1
Finn Peter Augustus is ever so handsome and roguish! Meredith Isobel is drop dead gorgeous. Your choices are all so glamorously British :)

This message was edited 2/16/2009, 7:38 PM

vote up1
Ruby is so sweet. :)
vote up1
I love all except Meredith.
vote up1
I love Christian James! Caroline is nice too. I would probably go with one of these:Samuel, Sofia and Liliana
OR
Samuel, Sofia and Emilia (or Amelia)I can't decide which I like better. :)

This message was edited 2/16/2009, 7:31 PM

vote up1
Are you Cristy in disguise? :)As usual, I love all the names (especially Sofia, Emilia and Liliana).
vote up1
Hey Julia. No, I'm not in disguise. I forgot my password for Cristy and for my old email. Must be mama brain lol :)
vote up1
I like Amelia.
vote up1
Thanks. Christian has been my fav boy name since I can remember. I think if I were you Id go with Samuel, Sofia and Emilia.
vote up1
Helena Esme Seraphina, Zakiah Vivienne Summer, and Mordecai Zia Storm "Cai". I guess. They get the matching S names at the end.
[or I could do a set of my newest combos, which I actually feel like doing because no one's really seen them yet.]Tirzah Maren Aviva, Grace Mary Safiyyah, and Hollis Zayn Micaiah

This message was edited 2/16/2009, 7:48 PM

vote up1
I really like Grace Mary Safiyyah. I also love Maren Aviva, Vivienne, Helena, and Saphira.
vote up1
WOW. Love all the 3 name combos. They arent easy to pull off, and you've done it well. Also made me smile to see alot of my favoruites up here- Summer, Mordecai, Aviva, Safiyyah & Micaiah are all favourites of mine.Tirzah Maren Aviva, Grace Mary Safiyyah, and Hollis Zayn Micaiah - all great combos, all keepers I think.
vote up1
Your combos are all so precise. It's like they were all deliberately made to be together. Does that make sense? You've just collected them and dropped them into the places they belong.Although none of them are my particular style (who's style is really the same, though? I don't dislike yours, it's just different from my own), I have to love them anyways :D
vote up1
I love Esme.
vote up1
Helena Esme and Vivienne are lovely names. Mordecai is great. :)
vote up1
Awww, whatever happened to Ashley Jacob? I thought that was so cute for a boy!
vote up1
It's still on my listI wanted them to share that S on their second middle name today. Without the match, the set would have been Helena Esme Seraphina, Avril Sofia Margaux, and Ashley Jacob Evander.
vote up1
Oh Ok. Both sets are nice though.
vote up1
Something along the lines of:Rosamund Mary, Soren Isaac, Seraphina Elizabeth
vote up1
Seraphina Elizabeth is gorgeous! I like Soren Isaac too.
vote up1
Rosamund Mary is so delightfully reminiscent of the turbulent English nobility!
vote up1
Those go together nicely! I like Rosamund, Soren Isaac, and Seraphina.
vote up1
^_^ Ah, Thank you~
vote up1
I think I may like Mary Rosamund a tad better.
vote up1
I definately want to give my daughter the nickname Rose or Rosie, since that was my favorite name when I was little. Rosamund is constantly changing from Rosalyn, Rosalind, Rosalina etc. Rosamund is just today's name~ And I'm Catholic so I want Mary to be apart of my daughter's name if I ever have one. It's more of a meaningful name rather than one that was made to go together.
vote up1
Ok I see.
vote up1
Aw, Betty Jean is darling. As of THIS MINUTE they would be Barnaby Rex, Opal Georgette and Lavinia Daisy.
vote up1
Oh, those are amazing! All your combos, Barnaby, Opal, and Lavinia are amazing together! Opal Georgette just makes my heart soar!
vote up1
Ooh- Opal Georgette and Lavinia Daisy make me think of fabulous 1920s socialites! They are brilliant combos
vote up1
Why thank you!I like that image! Thanks for the compliment! :)
vote up1
Thanks for your comment about Betty Jean. Its my dear grandmothers name and I love her and that name to death. I love the old, vintage style of it. Your combos are so refreshing and unique. love em!
vote up1
