I was actually doing this with some boys' names last night. Here's what I came up with:Sancho Jose, Odysseus Poseidon, and Dimitri Samir. There are so many languages involved, but I think they sound nice together. I'm not really sure the last one flows, though... WDYT?For girls:
Marina Lucille, Rosanne (nn Rosie) Cecilia, and... Isadora Kate? I saw the last one at the vet today.

If I just ignore my all-time favourites right now and use what's on my mind, they'd be:Dora Valora
Lorena Green Bird
Silence AmityDora, Lorena, and Silence-maybe-LennieAnd if I had boys:Morpheus Ray
Ptolemy James
Lucien RileyMorph, Ptolly, and Lucien-should-we-just-say-Loosh? ...I find it much more difficult to escape my favourite boy names. ;) Though I don't know in real life if I could handle having master and servant both in a sibset, alas.I really like the name Priya. I think it's just lovely.Array

I'm guessing the first is not pronounced 'DOR-a vah-LOR-ah'?I love Morpheus, very cool. I prefer Orpheus myself (Morpheus reminds me of the Matrix a bit).
Could you use Luke for Lucius?
vote up1
Yep, DOR-a vuh-LOR-uh.I've a cousin Luke, and so I'd feel a bit funny calling a theoretical Lucien that. And anyway, I like Lucien in full so well, and it's only two syllables, that anything other than the occasional pet names seems a bit unnecessary. :)Array

Since these posts are generally very similar for me, I am going to do them now with the surname of the boy I am crushin' on in mind. It is very long and uncommon and thus Lulu sounds ridiculous with it. Rudy does too, actually. Ack! Let's see.Simon Francis Benedict
Albert Hugh Laurent nn Abbey
Marius Sebastian Bach nn MauryOh I dunno about all of this.I have a great MN/2MN combo that honors his family, but since I am very nervous I am not going to put it except in my head.Oh this is tough!
Minerva Maria Cecilia nn Minnie
Cordelia Tippins Thomasina (good grief that is 14 syllables)Okay not thatMinerva Maria Cecilia

Eva Caroline and Max Johann are my favourites from your triplets. I'm also liking Katharine, Matilde and Sebastian.
vote up1
I'm very glad to see Eva on someone's list. It has grown on me a lot. I also like Matilde, and prefer it much over Matilda. Btw, Alessandra Ferri's (a famous italian ballerina) daughter is named Matilde, I think.
Alec warms my heart, since my Russian granddad Aleksandr went by Alek his whole life. Henning makes me think of Henning Mankell - a good and intellectual association (ok, I've read only one book by him, but it was good). Johann is another great name, especially when the sibling is Sebastian :D. You have so many great connections in your names - Max is Max Bruch and Till is Till Eulenspiegel. :)

Thanks!

vote up1
Ooh, Phoenix! My favourite boys name! I'm really into over-the-top combos so it's great to see it paired with a very handsome, traditional and not-too-unusual mn. Xanthe Camille is gorgeous and I love Seth Gabriel, too. =)
vote up1
All af yor girls' names are very sweet. :) Isobel has grown on me a lot, btw. Seth Gabriel is also nice because it feels very... surprising and unordinary.
vote up1
Xanthe Camille and Seth Gabriel are both great combos. For some reason, female X names really appeal to me.

*Breathes in and out* - Roman "Rex"... Together with Xerxes! Oh God I love your first combo! It is a masterpiece and so wonderfully history-connected! *Goes on with reading* both Heath and Phoenix might be too star-connected/trendy, but what a gorgeous combos have you created! *Shakes head*B/B/G: Rocco Sterling Benedict / Dashiell Francis Emmanuel "Dash" / Eden Rose Valencia
- I officially love your combos! Both Eden and Rose are NMSAA, but, however I adore them in the context!B/G/G: Winter Finnian Azrael / Milena Faith Ariadne "Lena" / India Nyx Ophelia "Indy"

Great names! I like: Sylvia - Mostly because I love Sylvia Plath's work.
Linnea Clara - I prefer Claire/Clare over Clara but it's a beautiful combo, nonetheless.
Jasper August - I can't overstate how much I love seeing Jasper being used as a fn. Jasper August is a very handsome combo. Jasper Felix was one of my favourites a while back and I still like it very much.
Arden Julius - Love this!I like Arden Julius and Linnea Clara best. =)
vote up1
Oh, I love Sylvia - especially its meaning and possible short form Sylvie! Jozefa is wonderful, too - I don't really care for Josephine, but Jozefa is very original - I feel strong mind behind it.This might sound weird, but Stanley has grown on me after reading "A Streetcar Named Desire" :P. I also really like Arden, and Julius is on my PNL.A nice list! :)
